Velvety chocolate


you will need:
100 g dark chocolate
4 cups whole milk
1 tablespoon sugar
½ cup whipping cream
½ each vanilla bean




Chop chocolate finely and set aside.

Heat milk, sugar and cream in a small saucepan. Take the pan off the heat and let it simmer a bit.

Split the vanilla pod and scrape the grains from the vanilla pod into the milk. Add chocolate and beat vigorously with a whisk until mixture is evenly blended.

Put the chocolate drink in the fridge until the next day.

Heat gently just before serving. Beat thoroughly and serve in small cups.


ps:i love vanilla icecream in hot chocolate,try it if you havent yet!
